Let $ABC$ be a triangle. Prove that \[\frac{a^2}{bc}+\frac{b^2}{ca}+\frac{c^2}{ab} \ge 4\left(\sin^2\frac{A}{2}+\sin^2\frac{B}{2}+\sin^2\frac{C}{2}\right).\]
