the equation gives $2010^{\log_{10}x}=11^{\log_{10}(2010^2)}\implies \log_{10}x\cdot \log_{10}2010=2\log_{10}2010\cdot \log_{10}11\implies x=121$ .But this is too easy for a national olympiad.
