Two sides of a quadrilateral $ABCD$ are parallel. Let $M$ and $N$ be the midpoints of $BC$ and $CD$ respectively, and $P$ be the intersection point of $AN$ and $DM$. Prove that if $AP=4PN$, then $ABCD$ is a parallelogram.
