Compare A,B,C,E:
30^3, 50^1, 40^2, 5^6
so obviously A dominates .
Now compare A and D.
$30^{30}$ compared with $45^{15}$.
(900)^15 and 45^15
so obviously $\boxed{A}$ is the answer
